Our founder, Min, started teaching nine years ago when her very first student fired her — not out of frustration, but because the student had improved so much that he no longer needed tuition. That experience shaped Min’s mission: to help every learner rediscover their confidence and become self-sufficient.

Min holds a deep passion for Biology deep within her and this shows through her academic and career paths.
She specialised in Biological Sciences in NTU for her undergrad before pursuing a Masters in Teaching, specialising in Biology and Chemistry. As a certified teacher, she planted herself in various IB World schools as she loves teaching the IB syllabus. There, she found creativity and passion in igniting curiosity in growing minds about the world around them.
Min is a certified IB teacher and an IGCSE Biology Examiner with experience marking official scripts from all over the world.
